Okay guys, langsung aja. Seorang Tour Guide atau pemandu wisata pasti ga jauh-jauh dari bahan guidenya. Iyadong... Pastilah.. Nah, di postingan kali ini, gue akan beri sedikit informasi mengenai Tour Guiding.
Secara garis besar, Tour Guiding terbagi menjadi 3 bagian, yaitu :
1. Opening
2. Commentary
3. Closing
Opening
Opening merupakan bagian awal dari memulai Guiding. Ada kalanya kita membuat basa-basi kepada turis/wisatawan agar dapat memberikan kesan yang baik. Remember, first impression is very important.
Contoh :
"Goodmorning ladies & gentlemen, on behalf of my company 57 tours & travel, I wish you selamat pagi dan selamat datang di Jakarta. That our common greetings to greet you, which means goodmorning and welcome to Jakarta. How's your flight from Newyork to Jakarta? Great, it's really nice to hear that. Have you visited Jakarta before? No? If this is your first time experience, so i do believe all of you will have a great experience and satisfied with 57 tours & travel. Now, let me introduce our crew bus. Our proffesional driver with 10 years experiences is Mr.Adi and Mr.Edu as his professional assistant. So, we believe our tour must be going safe and comfortable. And my self, my name is Nabilah Sidah, But you can call me just Nabilah for short. It's my pleasure to your guide today and i hope you will enjoy this tour"
Commentary
Commentary adalah isi dari guiding. Dimana commentary merupakan hal inti yang paling penting dalam guiding karena dibagian ini mengandung banyak informasi yang harus dijelaskan kepada wisatawan/turis.Dibagian commentary itu, banyak hal yang bisa kalian jelaskan. Misalnya mengenai, Jakarta in general, Indonesia in general, Hotel information, Object interest, Tradtional culture ,food, transportation dan masih banyak lagi. Jadi, kalian harus memberi informasi dengan baik & benar serta semenarik mungkin, agar wisatawan/turis tetap memperhatikan kalian saat kalian guiding.
Contoh :
"Ladies & Gentlemen Indonesia is a Democratic and Republic Country leads by Mr. SBY as President, and Mr. Boediyono as Vice-President. It has about 237,5 million people that makes Indonesia become 4th nation with the highest population after China, India, USA , Indonesia also has about 17.580 islands, about 700 local languages, and 1000 local ethnics.Thats why Indonesia is really diverse, and has a slogan “Bhinekka Tunggal Ika” , that means Unity In Diversity, so we are One even we are different. Indonesia also has 5 religions acknowledge by the Government, there are Islam, Christian, Catholic, Hinduism, and Buddhism. The majority religion is Islam, that’s why you will easily find women wearing veil or hijab, and you also can hear Adzan or prayer calling in certain time, particulary in Friday afternoon, you wil hear that all mosque will have an Adzan to call all male Moslem to pray".

Closing
Closing yaitu bagian penutup dari guiding. Dibagian closing, biasanya berisi pemberitahuan bahwa sudah para wisatawan/turis sudah sampai di tempat tujuan dan ucapan terimakasih. Oleh karena itu, kalian harus memberi kesan yang baik pada akhir tour.
Contoh :
"Ladies & Gentlemen, now we are entering the gate of Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, once again please prepare yourselves, you can directly go to the lobby Hotel and enjoy the very fresh welcome drink, all the baggage will be handle by the porter. Me and the tour leader will handle your check-in procedures in the front desk. Please step carefully, mind your head and mind your step. Thank you so much for your attention, and participation, see u at the lobby hotel"
